On the occasion of International Children’s Book Day on April 2nd, the English, Greek, and World Language Departments and the Service as Action program of our school has organized to celebrate children’s literature. This year the MYP students have read books virtually to our young friends in Primary school. They have selected children’s books that they were particularly fond of from their own collection from their mother tongue and they gave the Primary School students the opportunity to meet authors and books from different cultures around the world and promote a love for reading. More than 30 nationalities are represented in our school’s community and student body and this was their chance to speak their mother tongue!
