Upper School Administrative Assistant
The International School of Athens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to replace the Upper School Administrative Assistant (who will be on maternity leave) to support the efficient operation of the Upper School. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain and organize student and faculty records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support school administration.
- Coordinate events such as Parent-Teacher Conferences and Graduation.
- Assist with faculty and student needs, including attendance tracking and substitute teacher coordination.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in administrative software and data management.
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.

The ISA Primary School is looking to hire:

Job Title: IT Assistant
Location: International School of Athens
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and support for hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network operating systems
- Support the operation and maintenance of approximately 250 workstations and other school devices
- Provide technical assistance during school events, including online exams and equipment setup
- Assist with software and equipment deployment, as well as system setup and maintenance
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science or a related field
- Documented experience in IT support roles
- 1–2 years of experience providing technical assistance to end users
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 platform
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
- Fluent in English
- Reliable, trustworthy, with a strong work ethic
