Job Title: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support by troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network operating systems.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment
  • Provide technical assistance during school events, including online exams and equipment setup
  • Assist with new software and equipment deployment, as well as system setup and maintenance
  • Monitor and respond to IT requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the successful completion of all assigned daily tasks
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background in Computer Science or a related field
  • Documented experience in IT support roles
  • 2 years of preferred experience providing technical assistance
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 platform
  • Strong knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
  • End user device support laptops, desktops, tablets (Windows 10/11, iPads, Apple laptops, printers)
  • Experience with Audio Visual devices (Projectors, Interactive boards)
  • Fluent in English
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
