Our MUN team graciously represented our school at the Anatolia MUN Conference in Thessaloniki between February 9-12.
Alongside student delegates from more than 20 countries, they discussed matters such as the Illicit Global Drug Trade, The Humanitarian Crisis in Syria, Measures to prevent exploitation of consumers by international pharmaceutical companies, Restricting Arms Trade between Member States and Terrorist Organisations, and more.
The connected with students from different backgrounds, engaged in research on important current international issues, practiced supporting the view of the country they represented.
Our students adhered to a strict time schedule with wake up calls at 7.00 am and working hard in their Committees till 7.00pm. In the little free time we had, we enjoyed a walk in beautiful city of Thessaloniki and an evening meal in a traditional tavern.
