On Monday March 18th two of our 10th-grade students, namely Curry Alexandra and Mageiras George, presented our school's celebration of World Happiness Day to educators and teachers of numerous Greek public and private schools at Plaza Hotel where a very important Conference has been held based on Kerry Kennedy's book, Speak Truth to Power: Human Rights Defenders Who Are Changing Our World, in regards to the human rights education programme, Speak Truth to Power (STTP), which combines powerful storytelling and interactive learning to create a global citizenry of students and teachers ready to end and prevent human rights abuses and violations. Ms. Kapsabeli and Ms. Kefallinou, two of our Primary and High school teachers accordingly, were also there presenting our school's participation in this educational programme and its successful implementation throughout the three sectors of our school.
