ISA is organizing a university, museum and theatre trip which will take place from Wednesday, October 24th to Saturday, November 3rd 2012. The destination is Scotland, visiting six cities: Aberdeen, Dundee, St. Andrews, Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. At this point in time, 12 to 14 Universities are being contacted for visitation purposes. Students and chaperones will be flying to Aberdeen from Athens and return from Glasgow to Athens. Faculty members will be accompanying the students.
The total cost of the trip should be finalized by the end of September and will include the following:
1. Airfares: Athens – Scotland – Athens (including tax and 1 luggage per passenger)
2. Coaches: airport – hotel – airport/ between major cities visited
3. 10 nights with breakfast at 3* hotels in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow
4. Evening to a theatre
5. Accident insurance
6. VAT
The pricing will not include:
1. transfers to and from the airport in Athens
2. transportation within the cities
3. entrance fees to the sites
4. extra theatre performances
5. meals (except breakfast)
At this time interest may be expressed by downloading and filling out the form below, which will be required for the student to participate; this is required to ensure numbers and make early reservations. Please fill it out and return it to Mr. Pournaras by Thursday, September 20.
